Ceart is a powerful standalone software package designed to help correct both grammatical and spelling mistakes in the Irish language such as "séimhiú" and "urú" issues on nouns. Developed by Irish technology consultancy Cruinneog in conjunction with Kevin Scannell, it is aimed primarily at the rapidly growing number of translators working with Irish. The package is also a sophisticated resource for students, learners and professionals.
The version of Ceart for Apple Mac OS X computer users is now available (minimum system requirements: Apple Macintosh Power PC G4, MAC OS X 10.3.9+). A Windows version of Ceart is also in development.
